Do podłączenia modemu DIN200 z falownikiem Afore należy wykorzystać port COM2 (7) (port licznika) , który wspiera komunikację szeregową poprzez RS485. Posiada on po dwie pary pinów RS485. Pin A na modemie należy podłączyć za pomoca przewodu z PIN2 RS485A natomiast pin B na modemie z PIN4 RS485B.
